Lazermask - non PVC sandvarving film

Lazermask™ is a durable, flexible, self adhesive, laserable film that is translucent red in color for easy alignment. It is a raw film that is not UV light sensitive and is used to compliment the laser engraving process with sandcarving. Lazermask™ is a non-PVC sandcarving film that won't corrode your laser's hardware!

How to use

1.) Apply Lazermask™ to the flat surface of the item beginning at one end, burnishing flat with a plastic squeegee to the opposite end (similar to applying vinyl) to avoid trapped air.

2.) Remove the clear plastic carrier on top.

3.) Transfer / Burn your Artwork into LazerMask

-- with approx. 20W (100% speed) twice to get a clean mask - free of residue if needed

-- with approx. 30W (100% speed) once to get artwork transferred

4.) Sandcarve the item - to engrave the Artwork deeply into your materials (Glass, Ceramics, Stone and much more)

Needed abrasive size: 100 to 220 mesh
