The Sandmaster Junior+ is an advanced dustless sandblasting machine with a closed abrasive circuit equipped with a complex system of double separation of abrasive, dust filtration and filter cleaning system.

Specialty of Junior+:

This Sandblasting System is made for upgrading any existing sandblasting cabinets to Pressure Pot Cabinets.

Compressed Air Requirements: 200l/min (or greater) at 90 psi to facilitate blasting pressures of 30 psi using 3/32" nozzle.

How it works: The vacuum hose needs to be placed inside the bottom of the sandblasting cabinet to refill the pressure pot. Abrasive and Dust will be automatically separated. The Junior+ is equipped with a sandblasting hose of 3m and a 3/32" nozzle (2,4mm), which needs to be placed inside the blasting area of the cabinet.
