RZ3 Adhesive

Used for spraying with a common Paint Spray Gun. (0,8 - 1,2mm nozzle)

Thismilky in color, water based adhesive applies easily and dries to a clear strong, reliable binding agent.

RZ3 adhesive is versatile and can be used on many surface types, Fast clean up; no solvents needed.

Processing:

Apply the adhesive undiluted and evenly to the film with a Paint Spraying Pistole.

Too much adhesive could have a negative effect on the sandblasting pattern. After you have applied the glue thinly on the Photoresist, it must dry transparently. A film dryer, hair dryer or a heat gun can be used for this.

Caution - the glue is extremely strong! Our adhesive can also be used for conventional plotter foils to fix them to difficult substrates, e.g. on sawn, flamed, matted and apply to natural rough surfaces.
